I am so thrilled to announce that I am embarking on a very wonderful and exciting first in my musical career.
Recently, I received some funding from FACTOR [The Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent On Recordings] to record my debut album, (S)Cream. I've decided to take the independent route and want to involve you, my friends and supporters in the production of this album. I am elated to have finally reached the place where I can, not only, share my music with you all, but invite you to be an integral ingredient on this journey to realizing this long time dream.
The album, (S)Cream will include brand new songs that I've written over this past year, plus songs that have become crowd favourites over the years. By pre-ordering the CD, you can get the album (before anyone else), plus you, your guest and all of the other supporters are invited to a free private concert in Toronto, solely to say thank you – because thanks to your valuable contribution, I'll be one step closer to completing my album.
Now, if you want to play a bigger part in this musical journey, choose your own adventure and get some extra special goodness direct from me to you for your gracious support. As well, the top fifty purchasers/contributors will have their names listed as Angels on the album packaging.
I am slated to hit the studio late this summer and aiming to have it finished by late fall, with the delivery of CDs and gifts to follow. Keep your ear to the ground and eyes to the skies with regular updates on my blog about the making of (S)Cream.
